Refund Policy

Send a refund request within 60 days of the purchase date, including your order ID and the email address used at purchase.

A refund returns a payment that has already been processed. It is handled by the payment provider that processed the charge.

Cancelling future payments of a payment plan is a different request from refunding a payment already taken. A cancellation stops upcoming payments; it does not by itself return a past payment.

A payment plan ends after the 24th payment. It does not renew automatically.

The exact cancellation wording shown on the order form is published here once it is confirmed with the payment provider.

After a refund, the personal-use license ends and no further material is delivered. Files already downloaded are not removed from your device, and you are asked to stop using them.
